One hour to work out where AI fits in a process of yours, what a first version would cost, and whether I'm the right person to build it.

## What to bring

- The process or product area, and roughly how much time or money it costs today.
- Your current tools, data sources and any model providers already in use.
- What has been tried, what failed, and what feels fragile.

## What you get

- Where AI fits in the process, and where it doesn't.
- Build or buy, with the main risks named.
- A first piece small enough to start the following week.

## Logistics

€80 per hour, in 60-minute blocks. In person in Vilnius or by video; you choose when you book. I send an invoice before the call, so nothing is paid on this page. The earliest slot is two days out.

## Start with one process

A one-hour call costs €80. Afterwards you get a written plan, whether or not we work together.
